
Dr. Brian R. DeGise, D.D.S., P.C.
Specialist in Orthodontics
Dr. DeGise is a graduate of Richwoods High School and attended Bradley University where he received a B.S. degree in chemistry in 1985. He earned his D.D.S. from Loyola University, Chicago, in 1989 and was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honorary Fraternity.
While at Loyola, he also received the Odontographic Research and Education Award for Leadership and Outstanding Clinical Ability, as well as awards from the American College of Prosthodontists and Academy of Operative Dentistry. He also received the Mario Russo Award for Academic Achievement and Professional Potential.
After completing the graduate program in Orthodontics at Loyola in 1992, Dr. DeGise practiced orthodontics in Chicago before returning to Peoria in 1993. Before leaving Chicago, he completed the Phase II written examination of the American Board of Orthodontics.
He is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics and Peoria District Dental Society and was the President of the Peoria Dental Society. Dr. Degise is currently a member of the Craniofacial Anomalies Team in Central Illinois and also treats Cleft Lip and Palate patients.
